18th Century Anglo-Irish silhouette of a Gentleman with Gilt Accents

Exceptionally expert paper cut of a gentleman with an extremely elaborate ruffle and a large toe in his hair queue. Loose hairs and dainty eyelashes are cut from the paper, as is a tiny string on the collar. Highlighted at the neck, collar, sleeve, and hair with gilt paint. In what appears to be original burl frame.
