How We Source Each Piece
Every item in our collection is personally selected by us from estate sales, private collections, dealers, and auction houses. We look for pieces with genuine age, character, and provenance — not reproductions or later copies. If we know the history of a piece (its origin, former owner, or period), we share it in the listing. If we don't, we say so honestly.
Authenticity & Provenance
We stand behind the authenticity of everything we sell. Each listing describes the piece's estimated period, origin, and style to the best of our knowledge and research. Where documentation or maker's marks exist, we photograph and note them. We are always happy to answer questions about a specific piece before you purchase — just reach out.
Condition Accuracy
Antiques are not new, and we believe in full transparency about condition. Every listing includes a detailed written condition description and multiple photographs taken in natural light, including close-ups of any wear, repairs, chips, fading, or imperfections. We describe what we see — the good and the imperfect — because patina and age are part of what makes these pieces special, and surprises are not.
Final Sale & Our Commitment
All sales are final, as is standard in the antiques trade. Because of this, we invest significant care in our descriptions and photography so you can buy with confidence. If something arrives and is materially different from how it was described, please contact us immediately — we will always do right by you.
