Absolutely gorgeous Georgian miniature portrait of John Taylor, aged 5 years. Dated 1785. There appears to be a small cutting of hair on the back of the brooch. Oil on ivory. Setting is a beautiful rose gold and can be worn as a pendant or a brooch, or hung as decorative art.
