Wonderful waterclor of a moth by "Mademoiselle Somme d'Anvers" who may have been part of the Somme family whose patriarch was the chief surgeon at St Elizabeth Hospital in Antwerp, and whose patriarch developed the Botanic Garden of Antwerp . Mounted on a fragment of a damaged Sowerby engraving and framed in a slightly wonky but utterly charming silver leaf frame.
