Wonderful bird feeder which was likely used in a large cage. The form is remarkably modern and the color quite unique for pieces of this period--it is much more usual in their majolica pieces which Wedgwood began producing in the mid-19th century. Arched reticulations and a solid base. In excellent condition. Very unusual piece.
